We are pleased to announce that we have expanded our capabilities to include a more robust real estate development consulting service with the involvement of Chapin Hunt Jr. Chapin helps ensure that our strategies and designs will return the kind of investment our clients seek… and reduces the risks inherent in development. He is expert in the financing and development of a wide range of projects including high rise residential, office, multifamily, hospitality, resorts, and historic renovations. Since 1976, Chapin has been the founder of over 100 real estate joint ventures, which resulted in the acquisition, finance, and management of income producing properties exceeding $1 billion in the office, industrial, retail, and residential sectors. In this capacity, he created investment capital and staffed projects in twelve states and seventeen cities.
